Key Responsibilities

As a teacher at Chartwell International School, you will focus on delivering high-quality instruction while fostering a positive and engaging learning environment. Your responsibilities will include:

Understanding the Content

• Deep knowledge of the subject: Ensure a deep, flexible understanding of the content you teach.
• Curriculum sequencing: Align your teaching with the curriculum’s broader goals.

Maximising Opportunity to Learn

• Efficient classroom management: Manage time and resources efficiently.
• Clear instructions and routines: Implement structured routines for a calm environment.
• Behaviour management: Set high standards for behavior to create a respectful classroom.

Creating a Supportive Environment

• Positive relationships: Build strong, respectful relationships with students.
• High expectations with well-being in mind: Encourage students to challenge themselves.

Activating Hard Thinking

• Structured lessons: Create well-sequenced learning tasks.

Qualifications

We are seeking enthusiastic Early Years, Primary, and Secondary teachers with a Bachelor’s degree in relevant subjects. Native-level fluency in English and deep subject knowledge are essential!
