What You'll Do

• Maximize tax benefits from operations, minimizing risk and tax contingencies.
• Ensure processes comply with Tax country legislation, U.S. GAAP, and Company Policies.
• Identify and remediate tax audit gaps in a timely manner.
• Prepare tax calculations for the Annual Operating Plan and monthly estimates.
• Develop talent in the Tax department and succession planning.
• Coordinate tax audit activities with external auditors.
• Identify actionable Tax opportunities with finance leadership.
• Evaluate new operations for fiscal impacts or opportunities.
• Coordinate Income Tax calculations and Transfer Price preparation.
• Maintain communication with Corporate Tax on monthly activities and estimates.
• Coordinate responses to audits by local tax authorities.
• Prepare Adjustment by Inflation for financial and fiscal purposes.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Business Administration, Economy, Law, or similar.
• Advanced English level required for direct taxes.
• 4-5 years of increasingly responsible Tax experience with some in a lead role.
• Minimum 7 years experience in Tax.
• Track record of achieving measurable business objectives.
• Thorough understanding of national, municipal, and federal Taxes.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP/IFRS and accounting for tax transactions (FIN 48 & FAS 109).
• Practical skills in relevant systems, including ERP system (SAP preferred).
• Experience in building and developing a Tax team.
• Strong consulting skills and the ability to collaborate effectively.
• Excellent relationship-building skills with internal areas and tax authorities.

What Will Set You Apart

• MBA in Finance or Taxes.
• Advanced English for indirect tax.
• Participation in implementation of systems (SAP) and fiscal systems.
• Excellent knowledge of accounting reconciliation and account operations.
