About The Job

El Coordinador de Operaciones de Talento apoya los procesos de reclutamiento y contratación preparando paquetes de oferta, asegurando que la documentación de los candidatos esté completa y gestionando tareas de cumplimiento como verificaciones de antecedentes.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and send offer letters and related hiring documents to candidates.
• Collect and verify required candidate documentation (IDs, certifications, work authorization, etc.).
• Coordinate background checks, employment verification, and other compliance screenings.
• Maintain accurate candidate records within the ATS (Applicant Tracking System) and HR documentation systems.
• Work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to ensure timely processing of offers and pre-employment steps.
• Track the status of all pending offers, documentation, and background checks, providing updates to HR and Talent teams.
• Support process improvements for hiring workflows and compliance.
• Handle confidential information with a high level of discretion and professionalism.
