Role Overview
This position is crucial for driving talent management initiatives. You will contribute to change management strategies, streamline project execution, and enhance learning experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Operations: Translate priorities into actionable project plans, manage logistics, and support high-quality delivery of key initiatives.
- Learning Design & Delivery: Conduct needs analysis, engage stakeholders, and utilize instructional design frameworks to create effective learning experiences.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Lead change management strategies and proactively engage stakeholders for program success.
- Continuous Improvement: Utilize feedback and data to enhance program effectiveness and track success metrics.
Who You Are
You have over 6 years of experience in Learning and Development or Organizational Development, with a proven track record in change management and program execution. Your ability to translate talent data into actionable insights and your proficiency in project management tools will be essential.
