Key Responsibilities

• Learning Design & Delivery: Conduct needs analysis, engage stakeholders, and utilize instructional design frameworks to create effective learning experiences.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Lead change management strategies and proactively engage stakeholders for program success.
• Continuous Improvement: Utilize feedback and data to enhance program effectiveness and track success metrics.

Who You Are

You have over 6 years of experience in Learning and Development or Organizational Development, with a proven track record in change management and program execution. Your ability to translate talent data into actionable insights and your proficiency in project management tools will be essential.
