Job Overview
We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Sourcer/Specialist to play a pivotal role in identifying, engaging, and hiring exceptional talent. This role is focused on developing signal-rich pipelines of high-fit candidates for critical technical positions within the consultancy engineering industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Sourcing Strategy & Execution: Design and implement proactive sourcing strategies (including job boards, referrals, social media, etc.) to optimize quality and speed.
- Talent Mapping & Engagement: Map the talent landscape using data and tools to identify high-value passive candidates and engage them through personalized outreach.
- Continuous Industry Research: Conduct ongoing market research to gather insights on competitors and key talent movements.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain and curate living pipelines for current and future hiring needs, ensuring compliance.
- Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers to calibrate role requirements and ideal candidate profiles.
- Candidate Experience: Screen, assess, and engage candidates to ensure a positive experience throughout the recruitment process.
- System Maintenance: Document candidate context in our ATS and ensure system compliance.
- Employer Branding: Contribute to employer branding efforts that resonate with potential talent.
- Agile Sourcing Approach: Adjust tactics based on shifting hiring needs and market dynamics.
Required Skills & Experience
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent Level.
- Experience: At least 5 years in sourcing or recruiting in high-growth technical environments.
- Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of consultancy engineering and mining sectors.
- Global Recruitment Expertise: Familiarity with compliance and market variations for cross-border recruitment.
- Technical Expertise: Experience with ATS and talent analytics tools, including LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Networking: Established network in the consultancy engineering and mining sectors.
- Sourcing Skills: Strong ability to identify and convert passive talent using advanced tools.
- Data-Driven Approach: Use data to drive decisions and improve sourcing strategies.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Language Skills: Fluency in Spanish and English is essential.
- Organization: Detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple pipelines.
