As a Senior Auditor, you'll ensure the quality and reliability of recruitment audits, handling complex cases and guiding junior auditors.

Your Responsibilities

• Execute complex, high-impact audits.
• Supervise evaluations of Junior Auditors.
• Lead calibration calls and standardize audit criteria.

Qualifications

- 5+ years in Quality Assurance.

- Experience in auditing senior and specialized roles.

- Proficiency in supervising and calibrating evaluations.

- Advanced English skills.

Preferred Skills

- Talent Acquisition experience.

- Experience with high-volume recruitment.

- Data analysis skills and SQL knowledge.
