• Reviewing and improving recruiting practices.
• Coaching recruiters on strategy and professional development.

Requirements

The ideal candidate has:

• 10+ years of experience in talent acquisition.
• 2+ years of experience leading a recruiting team.
• Strong knowledge of the recruitment lifecycle.
• Proven ability to coach recruiters and improve recruiting quality.
