Job Description

The Ward Law Group is expanding quickly and requires dedicated recruiting support. This independent role focuses on sourcing and engaging candidates during evenings and weekends when they are most available.

Your Responsibilities

• Sourcing: Identify candidates via job boards, LinkedIn, and more.
• Screening: Conduct initial phone screens and scheduling interviews.
• Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate records and provide summaries of candidate interactions.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in recruiting coordination or high-volume talent acquisition.
• Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and communication tools.
• Availability for evening and weekend shifts.

Contractor Terms

This role is independent contracting, without employee benefits. You provide your own equipment and workspace.
