Role Overview

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Associate to support the first contact with candidates. You'll help conduct initial interviews and assist in understanding candidate profiles and engaging them in our process.

Responsibilities

- Review candidate information to assess general fit.

- Contact candidates through phone calls, video, LinkedIn, or email to validate their interest and encourage participation in our process.

- Help schedule interviews, send invites, and maintain system records.

- Support candidate interviews to assess qualifications by reviewing their profile, experience, interests, and commitment.

Requirements

- Good communication skills.

- Attention to detail.

- Advanced level of English.
