• Create and maintain recruitment documentation.
• Collaborate with teams to meet hiring needs.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of recruitment experience (Mandatory).
• Advanced English communication skills (Mandatory).
• Experience in the US market.
• Remote work experience.
• Strong negotiation skills.
• Excellent analytical skills.
