Your Role

As a Talent Acquisition Analyst, you will:

• Support the staffing strategy for company openings.
• Gather information on profile requirements and job assignments.
• Collaborate with the recruiting team to identify potential candidates.
• Present qualified candidates to clients and hiring managers.
• Identify growth opportunities in partnership with Operations and Client Services.
• Suggest improvements to staffing and recruiting processes.

Qualifications

We're looking for candidates with:

• Analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
• Experience in staffing, recruiting, or project management.
• Good level of English.

Desirable Skills

Experience in IT recruitment is a plus.
