Role Overview

As a Systems Engineer, you'll be the primary point of contact with their partners and clients who range from Startups to Fortune 500 players. You'll interact regularly to maintain strong communication with the clients and understand their needs.

Key Responsibilities

You'll diagnose, troubleshoot and resolve issues by understanding the problems customers are facing in detail, ensuring they comprehend the root of the issues. If you're excited about robots and implementing complex systems, we want to hear from you!

Required Skills & Experience

• 2 or fewer years of experience and/or Bachelor's in Management Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical & Computer Engineering, Computer Science or a related discipline.
• SQL databases and Linux servers.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Comfortable with 50% travel internationally and domestically in Chile - Local to Santiago, Chile and comfortable being onsite when not traveling.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

• Warehouse software with automation and/or robotics.
• Background in a similar industry.
• Restful APIs, integrating tool systems together using API calls.
• Any PLC or controls background.
• Any software testing, issue management or resolution experience.
• Fluent in Chinese.
