We are offering a unique opportunity to join a well-rounded and international leadership role that includes oversight of sustainable development and enterprise risk management. This position is ideal for a professional seeking to make an impact across multiple domains by fostering the adoption of state-of-the-art managerial systems regarding ESG as well as risk management to ensure resilient business performance.
The selected candidate will begin an international growth journey, starting at our holding company Mundys in Italy for a period of 6 to 12 months, to gain a deep understanding of our business operations, management systems and corporate culture. This foundation will prepare the candidate to take a well-rounded leadership role at our subsidiary Grupo Costanera in Santiago del Chile.
Grupo Costanera is a leading company in the public infrastructure sector in Chile, with proven experience in engineering development, construction, administration and management of public works concession contracts.
Key Responsibilities
Sustainability
- Lead the implementation of the Costanera ESG strategy by focusing on the key topics for sustainable development of the business by defining targets, action plans and resources needed, in line with the Mundys group strategy.
- Ensure engagement and information flow on ESG topics to internal and external stakeholders and lead the preparation of sustainability reports.
- Monitor market trends and ensure compliance with relevant ESG regulations, protocols and standards.
Risk Management
- Implement the enterprise risk management (ERM) framework, ensuring, through management support, the identification, analysis, monitoring and reporting of the main risks that can influence the achievement of the company objectives;
- Enhance existing risk management systems and contribute to the spread of risk culture;
- Lead any specific or "event-driven" risk analyses aimed at supporting management in decision-making (e.g. strategic plan risks, climate risks, risks coming from significant external events, etc.);
- Monitor changes in the level of risk exposure and analyze emerging risks.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Economics (Master’s in Risk Management or ESG is a plus).
- 4 years of work experience in consulting or corporate roles; a background in sustainability or Risk Management is a plus
- Proficiency in English and Spanish (both written and spoken); knowledge of Italian is a plus.

Location
Rome in the initial onboarding period (6 to 12 months), with final destination Santiago del Chile. Frequent international travel is required.
