Overview:

The Support Specialist will play a crucial role in enhancing customer retention for Triplezeta, representing Geotab technology in Chile. This position is directly linked to the Operations Management team and focuses on providing exceptional support to clients, ensuring their needs are met, and fostering long-term relationships.


Key Responsibilities:


- Customer Support: Provide timely and effective assistance to clients regarding Geotab products and services.

- Issue Resolution: Identify and resolve customer issues, escalating complex cases as necessary.

- Client Engagement: Regularly communicate with clients to understand their needs and gather feedback for continuous improvement.

-Training and Guidance: Offer training sessions and resources to help clients maximize the use of Geotab technology.

- Data Analysis:Monitor customer usage data to identify trends and proactively address potential retention challenges.

- Collaboration: Work closely with the Operations Management team to align support strategies with overall business objectives.


Qualifications:


- Experience in customer support or technical support roles.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Familiarity with telematics or fleet management solutions is a plus.

- Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.

- Proactive approach to problem-solving and customer engagement.
