JOB DESCRIPTION
Reporting to Supply Planning Regional Manager, the supply planner will be responsible to drive and achieve key KPI´s such as Fill Rate, DSI, E&O.
RESPONSIBILITIES & EXPECTATIONS
- Participate and give inputs in the S&OP process for the SBU assigned.
- Create and discontinue skus.
- Maintain supply parameters into JDA system.
- Safety Stock Strategy.
- Check & Control weekly purchases launched to the plants.
- Follow up purchase orders.
- Monitor SKU performance.
- Report necessary Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) metrics.
Experience required:
- Experience working with suppliers in Asia and US. Have worked for Latin America.
- At least 2 years of experience in a consumer goods or similar industry, having managed product portfolios of more than 2,000 SKUs in supply replenishment and purchasing planning roles.
- Inventory management.
- Purchases.
- IBP Process.
- Deep knowledge of Supply / Manufacturing planning (MPS, MRP, CRP).
- P&L Knowledge desired.
Technical Knowledge Required:
- Supply Chain Management.
- S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning).
- Imports & Exports Processes.
- Inventory and Service Levels KPIs.
Technical Knowledge Desired:
- Production and Fulfillment Processes.
- APICS CPIM.
- Six Sigma.
Systems:
- Advanced Excel – (Macros desirable).
- ERP: SAP.
- Planning: JDA or Manugistics, i2, APO.
- Business Intelligence: BW or Business Objects, PBI, Qlik.
