The Sterile Processing Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the Sterile Processing Technicians and ensuring the highest quality of patient care through proper sterilization practices, employee training, and workflow management.

Essential Functions

• Acts as a preceptor for new employees.
• Handles problems as they arise and manages customer concerns promptly.
• Monitors workflow and prioritizes tasks effectively.
• Conducts performance evaluations and assists with staff training.

Requirements

Applicants should have a high school diploma or equivalent, three years of experience in Sterile Processing, and double certification from a recognized program.
