Job Description:

Supervisor (Prevención de Riesgo y Edificación)

Objetivo del Puesto

• El Supervisor coordina, dirige y controla actividades preventivas en terreno, asegurando el cumplimiento de estándares técnicos, de seguridad y medioambiente definidos por Ferrovial Construcción Chile. Su propósito es garantizar la ejecución del proyecto según la planificación, optimizando recursos y fomentando una cultura preventiva y de excelencia técnica. Actúa como nexo entre equipos de terreno y jefatura de prevención.
  
  

Principales Responsabilidades

• Supervisar labores diarias en terreno y cumplimiento de normas de seguridad.
• Coordinar recursos humanos, materiales y equipos.
• Verificar planes de trabajo y proponer medidas correctivas.
• Asegurar procedimientos de seguridad, salud ocupacional y medioambiente.
• Mantener comunicación con áreas de Prevención y Producción.
• Reportar incidencias y resultados.
• Promover cultura de trabajo segura y colaborativa.
  
  

Funciones Clave

• Dirigir equipos y distribuir tareas según planificación.
• Controlar recursos y metas de prevención.
• Inspeccionar terreno y condiciones de trabajo.
• Apoyar informes y monitoreo preventivo.
• Coordinar protocolos de seguridad y secuencia constructiva.
• Participar en investigaciones, charlas y capacitaciones.
• Garantizar comunicación entre departamentos.
  
  

Requisitos

• Estudios: Enseñanza media completa (mínimo). Deseable título técnico o ingeniería en construcción, obras civiles o prevención.
• Experiencia: 3-5 años en supervisión en construcción, infraestructura o edificación.
• Competencias técnicas: Procesos constructivos, gestión de seguridad, interpretación de planos, gestión documental.
• Conocimientos: Ofimática, software de planificación (MS Project, AutoCAD), plataformas de seguridad.
• Certificaciones: Curso de Supervisor en Prevención (obligatorio), manejo de equipos, liderazgo (deseable), ISO 45001/9001/14001 (deseable).
