Role Profile
Purpose of the role
The ISP Strategy Associate will support our regional and school leaders in LATAM and play a key role in turning our Schools into Schools of Choice by working on strategic analysis for each of our schools in the region. They will be responsible for preparing and coordinating high-quality strategic reviews of schools, supporting the definition of school-level and regional strategies, and contributing to other strategic reports for the Group.
This role requires strong analytical skills, the ability to synthesise complex information, and the capability to develop clear, actionable recommendations. The Strategy Associate will act as a trusted partner to the CEO Office, ensuring that strategic insights and reviews directly inform school improvement and regional growth.

ISP Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership & Governance
- Work closely with the CEO Office to deliver timely, high-quality, and reliable school strategic reviews for the LATAM region.
- Support school leadership teams in defining clear strategic priorities, ensuring alignment with the Group’s overall vision and objectives.
- Develop, update, and contribute to strategic reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
- Conduct research and analysis on school performance, regional education trends, and competitive landscapes to inform decision-making.
- Analyse and interpret data to provide actionable insights, including recommendations on growth opportunities, improvement areas, and risk management.
- Collaborate across schools and Group functions to ensure consistency, knowledge sharing, and alignment of best practices.
- Support the CEO Office in preparing board-related presentations and other Group-wide strategic projects when required.
- 2-4 years of data analytics experience in Strategy Consulting, Finance or Corporate and Business Development
- Detail-oriented, collaborative, and team player
- Solid MS Excel (Advanced) and Powerpoint skills
- Strong organisational skills including the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously in a fast-paced environment

- Excellent English communication (reading / writing / speaking) skills.
- Portuguese communication skills desirable
