Role Overview

We are looking for a Strategy and Development Director to lead the Optimization pillar within Accelerate+ and aid in strategic market development.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead transformational change projects ensuring alignment across functions.
• Develop strategy anticipating complex challenges and successfully implement aligned with objectives.
• Communicate function strategy aligned with organizational goals to motivate team commitment.
• Manage stakeholder relationships and address their concerns effectively.
• Provide authoritative advice to senior managers for project implementation.
• Oversee project management programs and take responsibility for critical projects.
• Drive excellence initiatives and ensure budget alignment with strategy.
• Act as a liaison for global strategic programs in the market.

Requirements

• Professional education in Business Administration or Industrial Engineering.
• 10-15 years of experience in project management and process optimization.
• 6-10 years of experience in resource management.
• Expertise in optimization processes (mandatory).
• Advanced English and MS Office knowledge.

Location & Work Model

Position based in Quilicura, Santiago, Chile with a hybrid work model.
