About the Role:

As an Associate, Strategic Proposals for the Life Sciences team, you will focus on evaluating client project requests, confirming feasibility, estimating costs, and crafting persuasive proposals. This role requires strong analytical skills, commercial acumen, and effective communication.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

• Project Feasibility Assessment: Evaluate client project requests leveraging our extensive expert network.
• Cost Estimation: Analyze requirements for accurate cost estimates.
• Proposal Development: Write compelling proposals and secure project wins.
• Client Communication: Clarify needs, present proposals, and follow up.
• Pre-Vetting and Follow-Up: Ensure thorough follow-up to maintain client satisfaction.
• Platform Utilization: Manage project bids and proposals using internal platforms.
• Time Management: Balance multiple projects effectively.
• Collaboration: Align with the client services team and stakeholders.

Profiles We Are Seeking:

We seek proactive, detail-oriented individuals keen to grow in a client-facing role. A Life Sciences background is advantageous but not mandatory, as we provide dedicated training.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Experience: 1-2 years in a client-facing, commercial, or analytical role.
• Skills: Strong written and analytical skills.
• Background: Diverse academic backgrounds accepted; Life Sciences expertise preferred.
• Adaptability: Comfort in a fast-evolving environment is essential.
• Language: Fluent English is required for professional communication.
