We are looking for a Strategic Proposal Analyst to craft persuasive proposals and responses for custom software development. This role requires exceptional writing and analytical skills, as well as an understanding of modern software development frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Lead the proposal creation for IT and software development projects.
• Synthesize inputs from multiple teams into client-focused narratives.
• Write executive summaries and value propositions that communicate key messages.
• Manage proposal timelines and ensure quality submissions.
• Collaborate with Solution Architects and Sales Executives to align proposals with business goals.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in IT outsourcing or consulting.
• Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile frameworks.
• Exceptional English writing skills, able to create concise documents.
• Bachelor's degree in relevant fields or equivalent experience.
