We are looking for a Strategic Proposal Analyst to craft high-quality proposals and responses for custom software development and IT engagements. This position demands exceptional writing and analytical skills, alongside a solid grasp of modern software development frameworks like SDLC and Agile.

Responsibilities

• Lead proposal creation for IT and software projects.
• Synthesize inputs into client-focused narratives.
• Write executive summaries and value propositions.
• Manage schedules and ensure quality submissions.
• Partner with various teams to ensure accuracy and alignment.
• Maintain reusable proposal content and create presentation materials.
• Contribute to continuous process improvement.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in IT outsourcing or consulting.
• Strong proposal writing and structuring experience.
• Understanding of SDLC, Agile, and pricing models.
• Outstanding English writing skills for global audiences.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
