Position Overview

The Strategic Partner Director will manage enterprise-level engagement and maximize performance across assigned global strategic accounts.

Location

Germany, Austria, Switzerland, or Netherlands.

What We’re Looking For

• Education: Bachelor’s degree required.
• Experience: 7–10 years in commercial life sciences.
• Expertise: Strong financial acumen and strategic account planning.
• Skills: Exceptional stakeholder engagement, analytical capabilities, and data-driven decision-making.
• Languages: Proficiency in English; other European languages are an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Enterprise Account Leadership: Manage global customer relationships, ensuring strong executive partnerships.
• Commercial Growth: Identify opportunities to enhance revenue and profitability.
• Contract Oversight: Ensure compliance and performance of contracts.
• Customer Improvement Plans: Develop and execute multi-year strategies.
• Field Engagement: Maintain customer presence through travel.
• Cross-Functional Leadership: Align strategies and foster collaboration.
• Supplier Integration: Enhance customer value through partnerships.
• Operational Execution: Ensure timely commitment delivery.
• Continuous Improvement: Drive digital initiatives for measurable results.
