Responsibilities

• Execute the staffing strategy for company openings.
• Obtain information related to required openings' profiles and assignments.
• Collaborate with the recruiting department to identify candidates.
• Present candidates to various clients and leads.
• Work with Operations and Client Services to identify farming possibilities.
• Propose improvements to staffing and recruiting processes.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated analytical ability with attention to detail.
• Degree in Business, Systems, HR, or related field.
• Preferred: 3+ years experience in staffing/project management.
• Desirable: 1+ year in IT Recruitment.
• Advanced English level.
