What You’ll Do

• Own development from ideation to release.
• Collaborate with Design, Product, and Data for impactful features.
• Lead initiatives for growth and technical debt resolution.
• Mentorship for engineers; best practices sharing.
• Participate in planning activities with management.
• Ensure the reliability and scalability of services.

What You Bring

• Fluent in English with hybrid availability in Santiago.
• Bachelor’s in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years in software development; leadership experience.
• Expertise in backend (e.g., Ruby, Node.js) and proficiency in frontend technologies.
• Experience with scalable systems and automated testing.

Pay Transparency Disclosure

Role compensation ranges from $66,496,000 to $78,230,000 CLP based on location and market factors.
