Role Overview

As a Staff Engineer on the Screenings Platform team, you will drive the technical architecture of complex, multi-system workflows and set standards for how our screening products interact with user data.

What You’ll Do

• Own product development from ideation to release
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy impactful features
• Lead initiatives to enable growth and address technical debt
• Provide mentorship and share best practices across teams
• Ensure quality, reliability, and scalability of services

What You Bring

• Fluent in English
• Hybrid work availability in Santiago
• 10+ years in software development with leadership experience
• Expertise in backend development with familiarity in front-end technologies
• Experience with scalable systems and automated testing
• Strong communication and project management skills

Compensation and Benefits

Salary range: $66,496,000 - $78,230,000 CLP. Additional benefits include learning reimbursement, comprehensive health coverage, and vacation flexibility.
