Role Overview

We're looking for a Staff Platform Engineer to own the infrastructure Nango operates on and enhance the customer-hosted infrastructure. This pivotal role will directly impact our product development.

What You'll Do

• Oversee and scale our cloud infrastructure including compute, networking, and data layers.
• Lead BYOC deployments, transforming customer-cloud integrations into scalable products.
• Productize our IaC and GitOps processes, enabling rapid development.
• Establish reliability as a key product feature with trustworthy incident management.
• Manage our data layer, including PostgreSQL and Redis.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards such as SOC 2 and GDPR.
• Influence company strategy and roadmap decisions.

Who You Are

• 10+ years in platform, infrastructure, DevOps, or SRE roles with proven production experience.
• Expert in Kubernetes and AWS; understanding of GCP and Azure is a plus.
• Proficient in Terraform and databases, particularly PostgreSQL.
• Experienced with compliance processes and security reviews.
• Possess a product mindset with strong communication skills.
• Ready to thrive in a startup environment, being autonomous and proactive.
