Role Overview

We are hiring a Staff Platform Engineer to own and enhance the infrastructure Nango operates on, focusing on our customers' deployments as well. This role is essential to our product-led business, where engineers that directly drive the product roadmap. You'll be responsible for our cloud platform end-to-end and lead various deployments while setting standards for rapid and reliable shipping.

What You'll Do

• Own and scale our cloud infrastructure including compute, networking, and data layers.
• Lead the BYOC initiative, transforming customer-cloud deployments into a scalable product.
• Operationalize our IaC and GitOps foundations to maintain fast shipping.
• Ensure reliability with meaningful SLOs and a trusted incident process.
• Oversee our data layer including Postgres and Redis.
• Manage security and compliance for SOC 2, GDPR, etc.
• Contribute to the roadmap and strategy with a strong ownership of key decisions.

Who You Are

• 10+ years in platform, infrastructure, DevOps, or SRE roles with experience in high-traffic systems.
• Expertise in Kubernetes and AWS; familiarity with GCP and Azure is a plus.
• Strong Terraform skills and database management, especially with Postgres.
• Experience with compliance audits and strong communication skills.
• Proactive, pragmatic, and startup-ready atmosphere.

Compensation

Compensation Range: $140K - $220K
