Job Role

As a Staff Backend Engineer, you will design and build core backend systems, handle complex accounting logic, and launch production-ready features. This role requires a strong work ethic and a commitment to excellence.

Qualifications for Success

• 8+ years of backend engineering experience
• Strong database skills and experience with cloud infrastructure
• Ability to manage complex systems
• Deep knowledge of software lifecycle and CI/CD

• Equity: $40,000 - $60,000
• Base Salary: $110,000 - $185,000
