We are seeking an experienced Accountant to join our finance team in Chile. The

ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of accounting experience with strong knowledge of

US GAAP regulations. This role involves managing payroll accounting, accounts

payable/receivable, and general bookkeeping responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Process bi-weekly payroll and maintain accurate payroll records in compliance

with federal, state, and local Colombian regulations

• Manage accounts payable functions including invoice processing, expense

reports, and vendor payments

• Handle accounts receivable operations including billing, collections, and

reconciliation

• Perform month-end and year-end closing procedures

• Prepare and review financial statements in accordance with both US GAAP and

NIIF/IFRS standards

• Ensure compliance with Colombian tax authority (DIAN) requirements and

regulations

• Reconcile bank accounts and perform general ledger account reconciliations

• Assist with audit preparation and tax filings for both Colombian and US

requirements

• Monitor and ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting policies

• Stay current with changes in Colombian accounting legislation and JCC

pronouncements

• Identify and implement process improvements within the accounting

department
