Your Role

We are looking for a highly motivated Sr. Territory Channels Sales Executive responsible for achieving revenue objectives, protecting existing customers, and generating new ones. This position will involve building consultative relationships with partners and customers.

Responsibilities

  • Achieve assigned targets, increasing sales and expanding market presence.
  • Identify business opportunities and develop effective sales strategies for growth.
  • Act as a consultative advisor to clients, tailoring technological solutions to their needs.
  • Execute strategic sales plans with partners to meet company-defined targets.
  • Negotiate contracts, ensuring customer satisfaction and compliance.
  • Develop and maintain a healthy sales pipeline using company CRM.
  • Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders and enhance sales opportunities.
  • Maintain market awareness, understanding competitors' activities and challenges.
  • Develop sales strategies focused on innovative solutions, adding value to traditional business.
  • Travel regularly to meet clients and partners, enhancing relationship opportunities.

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of IT sales experience and business partner management.
  • Proven track record of meeting challenging sales targets.
  • Experience in the Chilean market.
  • Ability to execute tactical sales plans.
  • Experience in collaborative sales environments.
  • Advanced English skills required.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in diverse South American markets.
  • Knowledge of the retail industry.
  • Experience with RFP processes.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce.
