Purpose & Overall Relevance for the OrganizationMaximize KPIs performance of the Top accounts through:
An optimum sell-in planning based on historical sell-out data
Perfect product distribution per store
Generating relevant insights to support on-season decisions
Key ResponsibilitiesProvide the Key Account Management team with reliable sell-out and market data to support business decisions
Ensure correct planning of presale and product distribution to guarantee optimal assortment for each Point of Sale, maximizing sell-out performance
Provide top accounts with sell-out analysis to facilitate better decision-making and sustainable growth
Align with key account and trade marketing management to monitor and optimize brand space performance in top accounts
Plan and execute projects aligned with adidas strategy in key accounts
Measure performance against predefined KPIs such as:
Sell-out & Sell-in
Market Share
Sell-out per sqm
Stock, Months of Stock, Stock Turnover
End Margin
ROI
Monitor and report on customer KPIs
Manage product creation for new seasons, including cost and price maintenance
Break down purchase orders by categories (brand campaigns, winners, carry-overs, exclusivities) per door to meet NSI plans
Suggest stock sharing or markdowns for products not meeting KPIs
Source successful articles when outstanding units are zero in account OBs
Identify delayed articles during season for shipment prioritization
Knowledge, Skills, and AbilitiesQualified with broad theoretical and practical knowledge, including company policies and practices
Proficiency with various tools and procedures
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in related fields (e.g., Business, Engineering)
1-2 years of experience in sales planning, business planning, or demand planning
Experience in Retail or Consumer Goods industry preferred
Strong communication and relationship management skills for collaboration with internal teams and partners
Strong analytical skills and KPI management for reporting and strategy development
Advanced Excel skills; Power BI experience is a plus
Proactive problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Aspiring for future sales roles and functions
Intermediate English proficiency
