Your Role at Dynatrace

As a Dynatrace Solution Engineer, you will be a key member of the Dynatrace sales engine responsible for providing technical support to the sales team. You'll be the expert on Advanced Observability and responsible for executing impactful demos and managing POCs.

Responsibilities

• Evangelize product offerings at trade shows.
• Collaborate with sales on new opportunities.
• Participate in PoC creation and solution evaluations.
• Present to C-suite executives.
• Provide technical guidance throughout the sales cycle.
• Deliver demonstrations at marketing events.
• Gather and provide customer feedback to Product Management.
• Develop best practices and enhance team capabilities.
• Support internal sales teams and partners.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
• 3 years of experience in observability.
