The Opportunity The responsibility of the Senior Medical Manager in the affiliates (Argentina - Chile) is to ensure the delivery of messages related to the benefits of our Nutrition products, supported by scientific evidence, that are relevant to the health professional and to consumers, ensuring the indicated use, frequency, alone or as part of structured interventions and for the recommended time in order to achieve the proposed benefits. Also, he should support whatever is needed in Paraguay and Uruguay that depend directly on Argentina. What You'll Do Fulfill all reporting responsibilities on platforms, in an accurate, timely manner that reflects the work done and the training received. Planning and execution of the Continuing Medical Education program of the affiliate. Required Qualifications Be a professional in the area of health with 10+ years of clinical experience (doctor, nutritionist, nurse), experience or training in nutrition (formal and/or informal). Experience in the pharmaceutical industry and/or at least 3 years in the area of nutrition. Knowledge in critical reading of evidence, or research methodology. Read, write and speak English. Be a good communicator to both health professionals and consumers. Ability to work in a team in the area. Skills in communicating medical messages assertively and efficiently. A requirement of the position is continuous professional growth and lifelong learning. Other Knowledge/Skills: Accounting, P&L management, cost estimates, analysis of economic variations, definition and analysis of scenarios, process improvement, project management, leadership in work team management.
