Position Details

• Position: Medical Content Developer
• Type: Contract
• Compensation: $45–$150/hour
• Location: Remote
• Duration: 2 months
• Commitment: 20+ hours/week

Role Responsibilities

• Translate, adapt, and synthesize complex medical concepts into clear, structured rubrics for AI training.
• Write fluently in both Spanish and English, ensuring accurate terminology and nuanced expression.
• Provide cultural and medical insights specific to Spanish healthcare.
• Collaborate with peers to refine content.
• Contribute to a structured project environment.

Qualifications

Must-Have

• Native-level fluency in Spanish and strong English skills.
• Advanced degree (MD or PhD in related healthcare field).
• 2–6+ years of medical practice or related experience.
• Excellent writing and communication skills.

Preferred

• Experience with instructional design or rubric development.
• Familiarity with generative AI models or machine learning concepts.
