Location

Apply Digital is hybrid/remote-friendly. The preferred candidate should be based in Latin America, preferably working hours aligning with PT or ET. Candidates in Santiago can work from our office, while others will be fully remote.

The Role

Responsibilities

• Design scalable data pipelines for operational and analytical workloads.
• Develop ETL/ELT pipelines for efficient data handling.
• Collaborate with engineers to integrate data into applications.
• Manage cloud data warehouses to ensure performance and scalability.
• Implement data governance best practices.
• Collaborate with teams to define data models.
• Document data lineage and metadata management.
• Monitor and optimize data pipelines for reliability.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies in data engineering.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of data engineering experience.
• Expertise with Snowflake and advanced SQL skills.
• Proficiency in Python for automation and orchestration.
• Familiarity with orchestration tools like Dagster.
• Strong problem-solving and collaboration skills.
