Position Summary

The (Senior) Clinical Team Manager (CTM) plays a crucial role in managing clinical trial operations, ensuring that projects meet their timelines and budgetary constraints. This position involves direct collaboration with Project Managers and offers opportunities for substantial career development.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage operational aspects of clinical studies while ensuring compliance with ICH GCP standards.
• Develop clinical tools and participate in document management.
• Ensure the successful completion of clinical deliverables.
• Lead and mentor clinical team members while fostering effective communication.

Qualifications

Applicants should hold a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent), possess strong leadership and organizational skills, and have at least 5 years of relevant experience in clinical management across various therapeutic areas.
