Sr. Business Development Manager
General Description:
Its main responsibility is to work with Latin American, coordinating with the team to achieve the objectives (Retail Sales, Wholesales, funnel ratio, product competitiveness, profitability and customer satisfaction, among others) and ensure alignment with our brand strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage sales operations, business development, and increase profitability of Markets (Chile)
- Sales KPI’s definition - TIV, RS, WS, Allocation, profitability analysis.
- Negotiation for Sales objectives definition.
- SSI follow up action plans.
- Latam markets representative from Sales area
- Car flow construction, update and monitoring in accordance on company business plan.
- Develop of commercial strategy plans in conjunction with NSC (National Sales Company) following brand strategy.
- Sales window person for internal areas.
- Planning strategies, based on economic, political and social situation knowledge of the country.
- Monitor origin production, over the entire production/commercial chain to end importer / customer.
- Launching plans monitor for line-up (MC / MY) or new entries.
Education/Certifications:
- Bachelor´s Degree: Administration, Industrial Engineering.
- Minimum 7 years of work experience in the automotive industry
- Knowledge in commercial areas (Sales, Distribution, Marketing, Customer Satisfaction)
- Microsoft Office package and other applications
- Additional knowledge of sales-related systems.
