Primary Duties & Responsibilities

• Implement revenue optimization strategies through dynamic pricing models, market research, and performance analysis.
• Develop and maintain asset- and portfolio-level financial models.
• Build scenario and sensitivity analyses to support strategic decision-making.
• Translate unstructured data into decision-ready insights.
• Track and analyze data using internal KPIs and public data sources.
• Maintain and update UP’s internal database and revenue model.
• Distribute operational reporting across various metrics.
• Manage pricing recommendations to align with market conditions.
• Collaborate across teams to provide data-driven insights.
• Assist in developing annual property budgets.
• Prepare reports for leadership and partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
• 3-4+ years of experience in related fields.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with executives.
• Collaborative mindset and experience in asset management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with BI tools is strongly preferred.
