Position Overview

We are seeking a versatile, proactive Senior Accountant to ensure accurate financial reporting and maintain strong internal controls. This role is crucial for supporting both internal teams and client stakeholders.

Top Priorities & Key Responsibilities

• Independently drive the month-end close process and prepare accurate financial statements.
• Streamline balance sheet reconciliations to efficiently manage new clients and properties.
• Balance workloads and financial reporting across multiple properties or client accounts.
• Utilize hospitality and accounting platforms to optimize workflows.
• Identify opportunities for improving accounting workflows and internal controls.

Who You Are

• 3–5 years of progressive accounting experience, preferably in hospitality or outsourced accounting services.
• Solid understanding of US GAAP and financial reporting principles.
• Experience with hospitality-specific systems desired.
• Ability to work independently and manage client relationships effectively.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
