What You'll Do

  • Achieve sales targets in a quota-carrying role.
  • Manage your sales pipeline using Salesforce CRM.
  • Enhance your skills by overcoming customer objections and obstacles.
  • Collaborate with a multifunctional team on new product launches.
  • Participate in team reviews and share best practices.
  • Create process documentation to support team scalability.

What You'll Need

  • 2+ years of B2B experience; at least 1 year as an Account Executive.
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field.
  • English proficiency.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Proven ability to grow a customer base and exceed sales goals.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work autonomously.
  • Familiarity with sales techniques and pipeline management.
  • Data-driven approach to refining sales strategies.
  • Resilience and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple prospects.
