The Role

We are looking for a Solutions Consultant to handle the architectural design and delivery of custom business systems in Airtable. This role acts both as the Solutions Architect and Delivery Manager.

What You’ll Do

• Solution Architecture: Design scalable and secure data models, schemas, automations, and interfaces.
• Client Ownership: Lead sessions to identify workflows and manage expectations.
• Project Delivery: Oversee project scope, priorities, and timelines, coordinating with a dedicated Engineer.
• Systems Design: Improve existing Airtable implementations for data integrity.

Required Qualifications

• Database Mastery & Airtable Application: Expert in relational database theory and Airtable integration.
• The 'Consultant' Mindset: Experience in client-facing roles and translating technical concepts.
• Technical Literacy: Understand workflows and data structures.
• Accountability: Thrive in ownership of outcomes.

Preferred Background

• Experience in RevOps or Business Systems.
• Consulting or agency experience.
• Familiarity with low-code/no-code ecosystems.
• Experience using ClickUp for project organization.

Structure & Availability

This is a Full-Time (40 hours/week) position requiring stable availability aligned with US business hours to lead projects effectively.
