About the Role

We are seeking a Software Implementation Lead to drive AI-based software deployments in the mining industry. This position focuses on managing significant implementations, ensuring timely and budget-friendly delivery while satisfying customer specifications.

Your Responsibilities

• Leading Client Deployments: Manage end-to-end software implementations, overseeing adherence to timelines and budgets.
• Managing External Stakeholders: Act as the primary technical liaison for client teams and stakeholders during the deployment lifecycle.
• Translating Complexity: Convert business and site needs into clear technical specifications for our engineering teams.
• Visualising Value: Create and maintain dashboards to demonstrate AI optimizations to clients.
• Innovating Workflows: Utilize AI productivity tools for efficient documentation and analysis.
• Risk & Account Growth: Manage project risks, scope changes, and contribute to long-term client strategies.

Who You Are

• Client Delivery Expert: 5+ years in customer-facing software implementations.
• Infrastructure Savvy: Experience managing software deployment within client IT/OT infrastructures.
• Industry Savvy: Knowledge of industrial enterprises, particularly in mining or heavy industry.
• Data-Driven: Familiarity with BI tools and AI/ML lifecycles.
• Master Communicator: Skilled in managing client expectations and translating technical reports into business value.
• Language Skills: Fluent in English and Spanish.
