Key Responsibilities

• Build & Innovate: Design, build, and maintain high-performance, reusable backend systems and APIs using Elixir and Phoenix.
• Collaborate: Work with product managers and engineers to translate requirements into scalable services.
• Own Features: Manage features from conception to launch, ensuring a smooth release process.
• Ensure Quality: Write unit tests and participate in code reviews to maintain high-quality standards.
• Optimize: Identify bottlenecks and improve application performance.
• Stay Current: Keep up with industry trends and best practices in the Elixir ecosystem.

Qualifications & Skills

• 3+ years in software development, focused on backend.
• Proficient in Elixir and Phoenix.
• Experience with OTP and functional programming.
• Skilled in building APIs and working with PostgreSQL.
• Strong product sense and communication skills.
