Key Responsibilities

• Build & Innovate: Design, build, and maintain high-performance backend systems and APIs using Elixir and the Phoenix framework.
• Collaborate: Work with product managers, designers, and engineers to translate product requirements into scalable services.
• Own Features: Take ownership of features, from conception to launch, ensuring quality and smooth releases.
• Ensure Quality: Write unit and integration tests, participate in code reviews to maintain high-quality standards.
• Optimize: Identify bottlenecks, fix bugs, and improve performance and scalability.
• Stay Current: Keep up with industry trends in the Elixir ecosystem.

Qualifications & Skills

• 3+ years in professional software development, focusing on backend.
• Proficiency in Elixir and the Phoenix framework.
• Experience with OTP, concurrent systems, and functional programming.
• Proven experience designing RESTful APIs and working with PostgreSQL.
• A passion for building reliable systems.
• Excellent communication skills in a collaborative, agile environment.
