About The Role

We are looking for a full-time Social Media Manager to lead content strategy and execution for TikTok (500k followers) and Instagram (40k followers). The ideal candidate has a strong social media “DNA,” understands brand voice, and thrives in a self-driven, creative environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage content calendars across social platforms.
• Create, schedule, and publish posts with high engagement potential.
• Leverage AI and other tools to optimize content creation and workflow.
• Utilize existing content assets (500–600 B-roll videos) and collaborate with creators to expand reach.
• Monitor performance metrics and adapt strategy accordingly.
  
  

Requirements

• 2–7 years of social media management experience.
• Experience with TikTok and Instagram content creation and community engagement.
• Strong understanding of brand voice and audience targeting.
• Highly self-motivated, capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
