Job Overview

In this role, you will oversee the execution of the complete investigator/site payment process. You'll be the point of contact for business partners and study teams regarding any questions or issues related to clinical trial payments.

Essential Functions

• Create and maintain PO Estimator (POE) calculation.
• Manage PO creation, maintenance, and closure.
• Create and maintain site-specific purchase requisitions in local systems.
• Run subject visit completion reports and enter data into CTMS.
• Generate payments through CTMS and manage incoming invoices.
• Send payment notifications to ensure timely payment.
• Address queries from sites and study teams promptly.
• Rectify failed payments as necessary.

Education And Experience Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in appropriate scientific or business disciplines.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• 1-3 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry or clinical research.
• Experience in clinical payment processing preferred.
• Ability to work in cross-functional teams and strong problem-resolution skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
• Must demonstrate innovative spirit and self-sufficiency in task completion.
