Responsibilities:

1. Be fully responsbile for on-site construction management, technical support and other related work.
2. Review construction drawings, conduct thorough drawing disclosures, and ensure on-site construction is carried out in accordance with the drawings.
3. Control construction progress, quality, safety and civilized construction.
4. Organize and coordiante the input and matching of on-site resources such as personnel,materials and machinery.
5. Cooperate with on-site support work such as equipment arrival,installation and commissioning.
6. Compile and submit construction logs and other relevant reports and documents.
7. Undertake other taks assigned by the project manager.

Abilities Required:

1. Bachelor's degree or above.
2. Relevant majors such as Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Energy Management, and Engineering Management.
3. 10 year experience in construction projects and at least 4 of them in solar projects as Site.
4. With over 10 years of construction management experience, including having fully executed more than 3 solar projects.
5. Have good on-site management and control capabilities; Possess organizational and coordination capabilities and the ability to solve on-site problems.
6. Good organizational coordination and communication skills, and strong pressure resistance.
7. Strong pressure resistance and adapt to working at project sites.
8. Good English proficiency are preferred.
