Job Description

We are looking for a highly organized Site and Facilities Manager to oversee the operations of a large-scale data center project, ensuring all activities align with safety and operational standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all site-related activities, including operations and contractor coordination.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Oversee infrastructure readiness, ensuring alignment with project timelines.
• Coordinate with teams and stakeholders for operational continuity.
• Monitor site progress, risks, and mitigation plans.
• Support commissioning and handover processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in site or facilities management.
• Strong knowledge of building systems and industrial safety standards.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Fluent in Spanish; English proficiency required.
