About the Role

We need to join to our company a Site Account Manager who will generate a full competence Account Management Team, deploy the FLSmidth Strategy through a Site Account Management Business Plan and specifics Site Accounts Business Plans, promoting collaboration within the complete organization team.

Location

The role is based in the central zone in Chile.

Job Responsibilities

• Perform strategies and supervise the Account Management Team in order to ensure clients are regularly informed of project status and maintain clear communication.
• Strengthen and expand relationships with the account/customers in charge.
• Communicate the client goals, product-services requirements, and represent the client's interests to ensure expectations are met.
• Develop a strong understanding of company capabilities and effectively communicate offerings to the client.

Keeping Updated

Keeping updated our company about our peers performance in front of the customer and performing proactive detection and generation of new commercial opportunities for the complete FLSmidth offering.

Safety and Quality

Promote a culture of safety and self-care, ensuring compliance with established standards and actively participating in scheduled HSEQA plans and programs.

What You Bring

• University Degree: Metallurgy, Metallurgical, Industrial, Mechanical, Mechatronic, Commercial Engineering.
• 2-4 years in the sector: mining, construction, commodities.
• Relevant positions such as Sales or Commercial Engineer.
